Regulations

The Departments of Revenue and Taxation and of Public Health and Social Services shall adopt regulations to facilitate the administration of the State Wage Information and Collection Agency (SWICA) in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 19-22:2.
