The provisions of the Military Family Leave Act of Guam (MFLAG) contained in Article 1A of [Chapter 4], Title 4, Guam Code Annotated, shall apply to all qualified employees of the government of Guam as defined in this Chapter. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 29-149:2 (Jan. 30, 2009).
