The purpose of the Individuals with Significant Disabilities Vending Act is to establish public policy for the government of Guam to provide maximum opportunities to individuals with significant disabilities by providing expanded opportunities to
participate fully in the social and economic life of the Community and to engage in entrepreneurial enterprise.
