Same: Several Members of Family

Whenever there are already two (2) or more members of an immediate family in the public service under the same department of any branch of the Government, no other members of such family shall be eligible to appointment to any such department; provided, however, that such prohibition shall not apply to employees in the medical, paramedical or teaching professions. As used in this Section, “immediate family” means a collective body of persons living together in one home under one head. SOURCE: § 4133 GCA, as reenacted by P.L. 16-023:1 (Aug. 11, 1981).
