The Office shall facilitate dispute resolution without litigation. It shall provide training and services for mediation, conciliation, arbitration and other means of settling conflicts or disputes among residents of Guam. SOURCE: CCP § 206 as added by P.L. 19-005:129 (Aug. 21, 1987).
