Definitions

Except as provided in or where otherwise clearly indicated by the content, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Part: (a) “Agency” means the Guam Environmental Protection Agency; and (b) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Guam Environmental Protection Agency.
