Reserves of the AMTE Fellowship Fund in excess of requirements for current operations may be invested and reinvested by the AMTE Council. At its discretion, the AMTE Council may designate its Chairman or an investment committee consisting of two (2) or more AMTE Council members to supervise this function. The AMTE Council shall have full power to manage the investments as in its considered judgment seems most appropriate to the requirements and objectives of the Fund. All proceeds and income from investments, of whatever nature, shall be credited to the account of the AMTE Fellowship Fund.
