An appeal may be taken to the Supreme Court of Guam from an order granting or revoking letters of guardianship settling an account of a guardian or refusing to make any order heretofore mentioned in this Section. SOURCE: Probate Code of Guam (1970), § 1630. COMMENT: (1994) Pursuant to an Organic Act amendment in 1984, the Legisla- ture, by P.L. 21-147, established a new, authorized, Supreme Court of Guam. Section 5 of that Act directed that all references to the Appellate Division of the District Court henceforth read the Supreme Court of Guam. Therefore, this section is changed accordingly.
