License for Equipment Rental

The Director shall, in accordance with rules and regulations to be issued [by] him, license such private companies to rent equipment in accordance with the provisions of § 62204 through § 62207 and rules promulgated thereto. The Director of Agriculture is the one who issues the Regulations. They are not issued to him by some outside source.
