Advisory, Non-Voting Members

The Commission, by majority vote of its members, may invite additional public and private sector members to serve on a voluntary basis without compensation as advisers in the Commission’s subcommittees, and may prescribe special procedures for their participation; provided, that no such advisory members may vote at any meetings of the Commission.
