The Guam P.O.S.T. Commission shall have the administrative authority to amend the rules and regulations of 27 GARR Chapter 3 to sustain a high degree of professionalism among the law enforcement agencies and to determine fitness requirements. Such rules and regulations shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law as prescribed in 5 GCA Chapter 9. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 35-079:3 (Mar. 20, 2020).
