The General Manager, with the consent of the Board, may appoint an Assistant General Manager for Administration, who shall serve at the pleasure of the General Manager. (a) The Assistant General Manager for Administration shall be entitled to receive compensation as recommended by the General Manager, and approved by the Board. (b) Such Assistant General Manager shall devote his/her entire time to the business of the Authority and shall have full charge and control, subject to the direction of the General Manager, of all administration of the Authority. (c) Such Assistant General Manager shall have such other duties as may be designated by the General Manager.
