Internet. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Guam Solid Waste Authority shall provide that the following services be made available via the internet: (1) acceptance of online payments; (2) application for installation of new and additional services, and (3) requests for service and repair. (b) The Guam Solid Waste Authority shall provide an email address(es) for inquiries regarding Subsection (a)(1), (2) and (3). (c) Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the Authority’s ability to receive payments through online payment and/or banking services. (d) The Guam Solid Waste Authority shall set, by Administrative Rule, the timeframes to which email inquiries must be addressed and dispensed with. (e) The Guam Solid Waste Authority shall adopt appropriate security measures necessary to protect its customers from fraud and identity theft.
