Issuance and Interchange of Bearer and Registered Bonds

An indenture may provide that bonds may be issued as bearer bonds or as registered bonds and for the interchange of bearer bonds for registered bonds and registered bonds for bearer bonds, and may provide that bonds shall be registered as to principal only or as to both principal and interest or otherwise as I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan may determine.
