Refunding Bonds

I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan may, on behalf of the government, provide for the issuance, sale or exchange of refunding bonds for the purpose of retiring indebtedness or other obligations issued to finance all or any portion of the system. All provisions of this Article applicable to the issuance of bonds are applicable to refunding bonds and to the issuance, sale or exchange thereof.
