Allocation of Proceeds from Sale or Disposal of Surplus Supplies

Unless otherwise provided by law, the Chief Procurement Officer shall be empowered, pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Policy Office, to allocate proceeds from the sale, lease or disposal of surplus supplies. SOURCE: GC § 6973. MPC § 8-301.
