Land Use Permits and Agricultural Permit Program

Tenants. The Director of Land Management shall give written notification to all tenants under Land Use Permits and the Agricultural Permit Program that they may be eligible for a lot in the subdivision and shall furnish a list of such tenants to the Authority on the first day of the application period established in § 5407 of the Article.
