SOURCE: c.f. G.P.C. § 403(a); M.P.C. § 250.3; *Cal. §§ 1400, 1402 (1971); Mass. ch. 269, § 4; N.J. § 2C:33-3.

COMMENT: Section 55.20 appears to have no counterpart in the former Penal Code. However, this Section is common is most other Codes and is clearly justifiable on the ground that false alarms hinder government operations and can cause danger to others.
