Damaging, Stealing or Receiving Stolen Government

Generators, Telephones, or Emergency or Utility Equipment. A person commits a felony in the second degree if he intentionally damages or steals any generator, power pole, power line, telephone, telephone line, telephone facility, water meter, or other emergency or utility equipment owned or installed by the government of Guam, its agencies or instrumentalities.
