Regulations Regarding Subsidized Vehicles

The Chief of Police shall, in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law, enact regulations consistent with Title 10, Guam Code Annotated, Chapter 56 in order to implement the use of private vehicles by the Guam Police Department and its police officers. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 23-115:8.
