Rediscounting Notes

[Repealed.] SOURCE: GC § 21216 added by P.L. 2-44. Repealed by P.L. 23-119:2(b). NOTE: The Guam Finance & Development Agency no longer exists. It was the predecessor to the Guam Economic Development Authority. The demise of the Finance & Development Agency in no way limits the effectiveness of this section. All that happened is that one source of financing the notes no longer exists. GC § 21217, Reservoirs which can be used by Farmers, added by P.L. 13- 200:1, was repealed by P.L. 16-59:8.
