Description of Pilotage Waters

Pilotage waters as established under this Chapter shall consist of all waters of the Guam within two (2) nautical miles of Apra Harbor and all waters within Apra Harbor, exclusive of Federally restricted waters. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 25-09:16.
