Duties of Manager

Unless otherwise directed, it is the duty of the manager of a ship to provide for the complete seaworthiness of a ship, to take care of it in port, to see that it is provided with necessary papers, with proper master, mate and crew, and supplies of provisions and stores. SOURCE: CC § 2071.
