Prohibitions and Penalties: Possession or Carrying of Restricted Bullets

Any person who possesses or carries a restricted bullet not in accordance with the regulations promulgated by the Chief of Police shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree. SOURCE: GC § 8907.2, as added by P.L. 16-079:7 (May 4, 1980).
