The Department shall maintain a confidential registry, open only to law enforcement officials, of all firearms registered for the life of the weapon on Guam and for two years thereafter. However, once a firearm has been transferred and the registration canceled in the name of the transferor, then the records of the transferor may be destroyed. SOURCE: GC § 8909.3.
