The provisions of 18 GCA §§ 90109 and 90114]; and subitems (40) and (41) of § 5107, Title 6, Guam Code Annotated, shall not apply: (a) If the firearm is stored in a secure, locked cabinet or closet in the home of its lawful owner. (b) If the minor obtains the firearm as a result of the unlawful entry of the home of the owner of the firearm. (c) To members of the Armed Forces, National Guard, police or other law enforcement officials with respect to firearm possession by a minor which occurs during or incidental to the performance of their official duties. (d) If the firearm was properly secured by the owner with a trigger lock. SOURCE: GC § 8910.1.
