Community Regime May Establish Standards

In accordance with the purpose of this Article, a Regime may establish, through rule, regulation, by- law, covenant, agreement, condition or other documents: (a) standards for delivery or truck traffic; (b) standards concerning the acceptable volume of invitees or guests to a family home occupation; (c) Any standards established pursuant to this Section shall apply to all residences within the Regime. 2013 NOTE: Pursuant to the authority granted by 1 GCA § 1606, numbers and/or letters were altered to adhere to the Compiler’s alpha-numeric scheme.
