Permits Required

No person shall establish a junk yard or extend the boundaries of an existing junk yard without obtaining a permit from the Guam Land Use Commission. Junk yards which are established on the effective date of this Subarticle shall be governed by the provisions of § 61566. 2025 NOTE: Reference to “Territorial” replaced with “Guam” pursuant to 1 GCA § 420.
