The Building Official designated in Chapter 66 of this Title shall have the power and duty to enforce the provisions of this law. All authority granted to him by Chapter 66 of this Code may be used in furtherance of these enforcement activities, whenever such authority is necessary and applicable. SOURCE: GC § 17450.
