Standard of Review

The Director of the Department of Public Works shall investigate all violation complaints within ten (10) days of submission. Investigative findings shall be completed and issued within 30 working days from receipt of complaint. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 32-070:2 (Nov. 27, 2013).
