Same: Fees

The Director is authorized to issue the following classes of licenses at the following fees, which shall be paid by the applicant at the time of application: (a) Annual Retail License: $ 100.00; (b) Annual Wholesaler License: $1,000.00. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 24-278:3 (Oct. 16, 1998) as § 6108. Repealed and reenacted as § 6201 by P.L. 28-170:1 (Jan. 29, 2007). Amended by P.L. 29-002:V:1:12 (May 18, 2007), renamed “Same: Fees.” Renumbered to adhere to the Compiler’s general codification scheme pursuant to 1 GCA § 1606. Amended by P.L. 37-079:4 (Mar. 6, 2024). 2024 NOTE: Prior to the amendment by P.L. 37-079:4 (Mar. 6, 2024), subsection (b) stated: “Annual Vending Machine Retail License $40.00.” 2017 NOTE: P.L. 29-002:V:1:12 (May 18, 2007) contained an erroneous reference to § 6108. This manifest error was corrected pursuant to 1 GCA § 1606.
