Outside Adjuster Authorized

For the purposes of this Chapter, the Attorney General is hereby authorized to contract with a licensed insurance claims adjuster, or with various insurance claims adjusters on a rotating basis to assist in assessing the value of claims filed pursuant to this Chapter. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 25-130:5.
