Implementation

The provisions of this Act shall be implemented in Fiscal Year 2002. The Director of Administration shall transmit a status report three (2) months after the enactment of this Act, and upon implementation of the provisions. The Administrator, Bureau of Family Health and Nursing Services, at the Department of Public Health and Social Services, shall submit copies of the GNA Commission on Nursing Leadership meeting minutes to I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan on a quarterly basis.
