The Guam Nurses Association Commission on Nursing Leadership shall be recognized by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan as the collective voice and advocate for nursing and the professional experts to address nursing shortage, health and nursing issues, recruitment and retention strategies, common problems in health and areas of concern.
