Conflicts: Article 3 Controls

The Compiler has removed these sections from the Chapter pursuant to authority granted by 1 GCA § 1606. These provisions may be found in past print publications of the GCA. 2013 NOTE: P.L. 21-059:7(e) (Sept. 27, 1991) added a new Article 4 to Chapter 6, Title 4 and transferred §§ 6311- 6312 to the newly created article. However, Article 4 had been previously codified by another subject; therefore, the Compiler designated a new Article 5 and recodified these provisions to the new article, renumbered accordingly.
