10 GCA § 63301

Every officer in the Guam National Guard shall at the time of accepting her/his commission, and before entering upon the duties of her/his office, take and subscribe to the following oath of office: “I _______________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Organic Act of Guam against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and of I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, that I make this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of _______________ in the National Guard of Guam upon which I am about to enter, so help me God.” The oath of office may be taken before any officer of the Guam National Guard, an officer of the active military services or any other person authorized to administer the oath.
