Terms of enlistment of enlisted persons of the Guam National Guard may be terminated by: (a) Expiration of enlistment; (b) Withdrawal of Federal recognition in accordance with Federal law or regulations; (c) Pursuant to the sentence of a General or Special Court-Martial; (d) Upon recommendation of a board of examiners pursuant to regulations of the Departments of the Army or Air Force; (e) Transfer to another component of the military services of the United States, with the approval of the Adjutant General; and (f) Upon permanent relocation of residence outside of Guam.
