Who May Convene General Courts-Martial

In the Guam military forces a general courts-martial may be convened by: (a) I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan; or (b) the Adjutant General or any other General Officer in the Guam military forces under disciplinary regulations of such military forces.
