Wrongful Disposition. Any person subject to this Code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if that person, without proper authority: (a) sells or otherwise disposes of; (b) willfully or through neglect damages, destroys, or loses; or (c) willfully or through neglect suffers to be lost, damaged, sold, or wrongfully disposed of; any military property of the United States and/or Guam.
