Malingering

Any person subject to this Code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if that person, for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service: (a) feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse or derangement; or (b) intentionally inflicts self-injury. SOURCE: UCMJ Art. 115.
