Poker Machines and Video Lottery Terminals

A person commits a misdemeanor when he places or causes to be placed a poker machine or video lottery terminal on or about the premises of any government building, or on or about the premises of any government or private school. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 18-07:8 (July 8, 1985).
