Persons Under Twenty-one (21) Years of Age Prohibited from Possession, Use and Purchase

of Tobacco Products. It shall be a violation of this Chapter for any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to use or be in possession of tobacco products or to attempt to purchase tobacco products using false identification.
