5 GCA § 64101

The Department of Agriculture shall establish, maintain and operate an experimental dairy for the following purposes: (a) Determination and production of dairy cattle most suitable for Guam; (b) Determination of feeds and feeding methods most suitable for dairy cattle in Guam; (c) Determination and demonstration of the best methods of sheltering and handling dairy cattle in Guam; (d) Testing the practicality of producing dairy products commercially in Guam; (e) Determination of the safest and most practicable methods of caring for and marketing fresh milk in Guam; and (f) Development and distribution of information of all phases of dairying and the training of the people of Guam in dairying.
