Certificate of Occupancy

No building or structure hereafter erected shall be occupied or used, in whole or in part, until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued by the building official and posted on the premises certifying that such building confirms to the provisions of this Chapter. SOURCE: GC § 31033.
