9 GCA § 67.403 — under Guam Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

9 GCA § 67.403

(a) A person shall not knowingly or intentionally: (1) distribute a controlled substance included in Schedule I or II, except pursuant to an order form required by § 67.307, if said person is a registrant; (2) use in the course of the manufacture, distribution or dispensing of a controlled substance, or to use for the purpose of acquiring or obtaining a controlled substance, a registration number that is fictitious, revoked, suspended or issued to another person;

(3) acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance by is misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge; (4) furnish false or fraudulent material information in, or omit material information from, an application, report or other document required to be kept or filed under this Act, or a record required to be kept by this Act; or (5) possess a false or fraudulent prescription or alter an otherwise valid prescription with intent to obtain a controlled substance. (b) Any person who violates this Section is guilty of a felony of the third degree.
