9 GCA § 67.704

(a) The Attorney General may maintain a civil action against a person who violates § 67.411 to obtain a judgment for damages in an amount equal to the gross income and the value of assets acquired directly or indirectly by the person by reason of violation of § 67.411, together with costs incurred for resources and personnel used in the investigation and prosecution of the proceedings through which liability was established. (b) The standard of proof in actions brought under this Section is a preponderance of the evidence.
