International Fuel Gas Code Adopted

The International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 edition, including all Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as amended. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 30-199:4 (Sept. 21, 2010). 2021 NOTE: P.L. 35-145 (Jan. 22, 2021) adopted the new Guam Tropical Energy Code. Section 4 of this public law provided for the following amendment to the International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 as adopted pursuant to 21 GCA § 67101.1: “301.2 Energy utilization. Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems of all structures shall be designed and installed for efficient utilization of energy in accordance with the 2017 Guam Tropical Energy Code as approved by the Guam Building Code Council on February 25, 2020.”
