The International Plumbing Code, 2009 edition, including Appendices C, E, and F, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as amended. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 30-199:4 (Sept. 21, 2010). 2021 NOTE: P.L. 35-145 (Jan. 22, 2021) adopted the new Guam Tropical Energy Code. Section 5 of this public law provided for the following amendments to the International Plumbing Building Code, 2009 edition, as adopted pursuant to 21 GCA § 67101.3: 1) “313.1 General. Equipment efficiencies shall be in accordance with the 2017 Guam Tropical Energy Code as approved by the Guam Building Code Council on February 25, 2020.” 2) “607.2 Hot water supply temperature maintenance. Where the developed length of hot water piping from the source of hot water supply to the farthest fixture exceeds 100 feet (30,480 mm), the hot water supply system shall be provided with a method of maintaining the temperature in accordance with the 2017 Guam Tropical Energy Code as approved by the Guam Building Code Council on February 25, 2020.” 3) “607.2.1 Piping insulation.
