Amendments and exemptions made to the International Fire Code, as well as amendments and exemptions made to any codes
adopted by this Chapter, shall be made available to the public, at no cost, through the appropriate divisions within the Department of Public Works and the Guam Fire Department. This subsection does not obligate these agencies to provide the entire code to the public for free.
