Initial funding for the implementation of § 67111, supra, in the amount of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($340,000) is appropriated from the General Fund from excess Fiscal Year 2024 revenues. Thereafter, the Director shall include needed funding in the Office’s annual budget request. This appropriation shall be available until fully expended. The appropriations from this Act shall be transferred to the Guam Office of Veterans Affairs no later than the enactment of this Act. The funds allocated and authorized in this Section are not subject to I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan’s transfer authority. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 37-101:1 (June 5, 2024).
ARTICLE 2 SECURING AND ENSURING THE RIGHTS VETERANS EARNED (SERVE) ACT
